TMA parents and students are invited to join us before school in the TMA Garden and Nature Center for coffee and donuts sponsored by the TMA Heroes. The Can You Dig It Garden Committee will be selling pumpkins that morning and after school on Thursday and raffling off a pumpkin with a garden starter kit to one lucky TMA family. We have a variety of pumpkins raised by TMA students in the garden including mini, Fairytale, traditional and Cinderella pumpkins. Start the morning enjoying donuts with your child(ren), get your pumpkins for the fall season and support the TMA PTO.

What: Free donuts and coffee; Pumpkins available for purchase (prices vary)

jsw_scarecrow.jpgJoin us for a back-to-school work day in the TMA Garden Sunday, Sept. 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Come get your hands dirty and help us prepare the garden beds for our students to begin fall planting. Plus, we’ll be repairing benches and completing other garden maintenance tasks.

Our community partners Slow Food OC, BEHR and others will be lending a helping hand. We’re so grateful for their assistance.

Are you wondering what to do with those sprouting seeds? Please join Teena Spindler, the TMA Master Gardener, December
9th from 9:30 to 10:00 am to show us what to do and how to care for them
during this critical transition stage.
